    Thinking Skinny

    I have been On Plan since Monday, the day we started our Inspirational Hottie Group, and it feels good! When I wake up in the morning I even feel skinny. I know I am not there yet, but its nice to not feel bloated from the late night Taco Bell, or whatever we happen to have driven by and picked up. We are getting ready for a big yard sale to declutter, and to make sure I stay on track I included all the clothing that is either too big or is a little too comfortable and I know wont fit me in a month or so. I have noticed one thing that is soo inspiring to me is checking out the Hotties statistics, its almost become addictive. I look back at my 3 or 4 month hiatus and wish I wouldnt have done it... i would be soo much further along. You girls are so inspiring with your weight loss and daily inspirational messages, I am glad I have you. I love seeing your numbers drop and it encourages me to get up and do something about myself. I dont know if the plan is still in the making, but at some point in the future it would be great to meet you all and our skinny selves.

    Is Your Glass Half Full? (Inspirational Darci)

    Often obsticals in our lives will derive from Problems: My theory is that instead of letting the problem cause the "glass is half empty efffect" you need to change it to.
    "THE GLASS IS HALF FULL"
    IS YOUR GLASS HALF FULL? think about it,is your glass half full and you look at the problem as a wy to get extied and have more motivation? example (if you had a gain this week are you going to get excited about the problem at hand and think of ways to resolve the problem (the one that maybe is helping gain, or not excersise etc) or are you just going to let it continue... and gain the weeks to follow. are you excited to make a LIFE CHANGE and takel those problems? and make your glass half full.

    Going clubbin...

    Well, I think its a good thing when I have made it to the gym two days in a row! I thought I would be sore after working with some weights yesterday, but managed to motivate myself into getting off my rear end and going to the club. I did however forget to bring in my paperwork for the personal trainer, they make you fill out a health background questionaire. I am excited to start with her and will see if she will do my measurements and then I will post them up and be able to track my progress. Its not all about the scale! One of my major goals is to lower my cholesterol! I am to go back in for a recheck in November and I would like it to be within normal range. I am off to shower, check in on my Hotties and take a nap in case I work tonight! Until then.....stay on plan, drink your water, and think skinny thoughts!

     Besides, I think my general readers could probably care less about my statistics on my other site. I think that I will also keep this site as a sort of journal about my weightloss. I am excited and ready to start my shrinking process, and am glad that I will have my Hotties with me.
