August 01 Week One ResultsThe end of week one has passed and I am pretty pleased with myself. Some of the things I have accomplished this week are:
1- 14 activity points-this means going to the club 5 times!
2-Staying on plan with my diet
3-resisting Caribou Coffee
4- Actually running on the treadmill
